Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your first visit.
1. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes. All trainings and treatments are booked in advance so we can guarantee every client enough time and an individual approach.
2. Are the trainings and treatments only for women or can men come too?
Our programs are designed for both women and men. The equipment we use is suitable for all fitness levels, and the same technologies are used by professional athletes during breaks between intensive training and competitions — to maintain fitness, support recovery, and reduce joint strain.
3. Are these trainings and treatments only for people who want to lose weight?
No. Our programs are for anyone who wants to shape their body, improve their fitness, reduce cellulite, ease back pain, speed up recovery after physical activity, or simply feel healthier and better in their body.
4. How often should I come to see results?
For best results, we recommend visiting 2–3 times a week. Many clients notice the first changes after just a few sessions, and the best results come from regularity and consistency.
5. What should I bring to my training?
Please bring clean indoor sports shoes, leggings or shorts, a comfortable T-shirt, and a water bottle. We take care of everything else.
6. Is there a shower at the studio?
Yes. You can shower at our studio after your training or treatment. Towels and shower products are provided — you don't need to bring anything.
7. Can I come if I've never trained before?
Of course. Our programs are suitable for both beginners and recreational athletes. Regardless of age or fitness level, we adapt the training to you.
8. How long after giving birth can I start training?
If the birth was natural, you can start training three months postpartum. After a C-section, we recommend waiting six months and getting your doctor's clearance first.
9. Is infrared sauna harmful?
No. The infrared heat from our devices is not the same as a classical sauna. It's built into the treadmill and recline bike capsules and provides pleasant warmth during training. Most users experience it as very comfortable — not overly hot.
10. How does training on the treadmill or recline bike in the capsule work?
Training takes place in a special capsule that combines fast walking or cycling with vacuum technology and infrared heat. While your body is in motion, the vacuum intensifies the work of the lower-body muscles, and the infrared heat promotes sweating and energy expenditure. Thanks to this combination of movement, vacuum, and infrared, calorie burn can be significantly higher than classical training. Depending on the person and intensity, calorie burn can reach over 1,000 kcal per session for some users.
11. Are there situations when training or treatment is not recommended?
For your safety, please let us know before booking if you are pregnant or have any of the following conditions: very low or high blood pressure, serious heart disease, thrombosis, vein inflammation or pronounced varicose veins, a pacemaker, epilepsy, uncontrolled asthma, a hip or knee prosthesis, a herniated disc or other serious spine conditions, fresh surgical scars that haven't fully healed, or active cancer treatment. If you're not sure whether a specific training or treatment is right for you, please contact us before your visit.
12. Can I train during summer heat?
Of course. Our studio is air-conditioned, so the room temperature is always comfortable. Regardless of the outside temperature, you can train with us without a problem — even on the hottest summer days.
13. Can I bring my child to training?
Of course. We know how hard it can be for moms to arrange childcare, so children are always welcome at our studio. While you train, your child can stay with us — we'll look after them and make sure they enjoy the time. Sessions aren't long, so you can take time for yourself worry-free.
